  7. Now choose Next and then make an exception rule called QBFirewallException(name.exe).
  8. Finally, follow the steps shared above to prepare Outbound Rules in the Windows Firewall. While preparing outbound rules for QuickBooks executables files, do not forget to select Outbound Rules rather than Inbound Rules in step 2.

After it is complete, open QuickBooks Desktop in the multi-user mode and see if the barriers and limitations are erased. Then use the company file and see if the issue is erased.
